I have been begging to get off this planet ever since I got here this time. I’m an Indigo and old… tired. Lol It is such a harsh place and where we are originally from, is all love. Environment plays a significant role.I have an average IQ. My children have an above average and have extremely high math IQs. All according to testing. I grew up in an abusive poverty-stricken environment and have been diagnosed with chronic ptsd. I made sure they grew up in a much better environment than I did.

Where do you draw the line between narcisism and psychopathy. I know someone narsicistic but also pupeteeringly smart in comparison to codependent narcisist who after all needs people whilst looking down on them. This person seems deeply could and unbothered. Confident in a raw manner. Hides the other self as no one can see what goes on in their lives. Indulgent and kind of a rules don't aply on them but the other person. Childlike need for attention but very cold in return. People seem to be just things in their lives. Goal and career oriented. The list goes on.

Rowling, I am not perfect either), it has always boggled my mind that anyone, let alone the majority of people, would look up to these blatantly toxic ghouls.

My father has done all these things snooping , being a control freak , loves interupting , gaslighting, playing mind games, never apologizes , never admits any wrong doing , blame shifts , cheats , very secretive, double standard on everything, inconsiderate, says I'm your father so I can never do you wrong , sleeping around with my friends , going through my personal info , etc .

How can you trust these counsellors/therapists when they can't keep your secrets. You go to counselling to vent out what's bothering you. They're bloody snitchbags. I have had counselling 3 times in the past. But now, when I look back at it, I feel how can you trust them when they go breaching confidentiality. They break your trust. I would never have counselling again.

Arguably these types of questions eliminate applicants who are less socially intelligent or have less exposure to North American workplace culture rather than identify folks with dark triad traits. IMO its almost impossible to fail these types of questions because average workers are aware that they're supposed to provide an acceptable answer, regardless of what you really feel about your previous workplace. They're posed in virtually every interview I've ever had or given since at least 2010 and the vast majority of employers expect a bit of variation in responses but more or less the same responses are offered up because we've been playing this pseudo-psych-in-the-workplace game for decades now. N/M/P are particularly skilled at navigating this series of questions to the point that they probably don't even need to prepare a response, it's already loaded. There is no litmus test at the interview stage for a well masked person, its impossible to detect this way.

Interview questions to uncover if a potential hire will make a good slave: 1) will you work for food and substandard housing? 2) how do you feel about picking cotton or cutting cane? 3) do you enjoy singing rhythmic spirituals while breaking rocks into gravel?

Most out of touch video I have seen. There are things that work in theory and things that work in practice. This is why interviewing is such a clown show nowadays.

If were asked any of these questions, I'd be pretty sure that the interview was simply a waste of time. You're hiring me to do a job. These questions have nothing to do with doing said job. You might as well ask me what sort of tree l'd like to be. You ask me about my abilities/experience, I'll ask you about scope of work/job requirements, and we'll get the information we both need to see if we can benefit each other. I start getting these questions, and it's going to be a "Yeah, I'm not really a good fit here" situation.
